Even 120C exceeds the MOBO's chipset Tmax.

WebI thought the board quite decent in general but the VRM was awful, RMA'd it and went for a Gigabyte. VRM on the MSI with the CPU at 4ghz was around 85C on the MSI, 41C on the Gigabyte. When playing with overclocking, under load, the MSI VRM would easily hit 115C and throttle the CPU back to 500mhz for a minute, then ramp back up again.
