WebI have to open the game, then open the sound control panel, disable my audio device, then re-enable it to get it to work. Rather annoying. So I am having the same issue kind of. All sounds work except the voices during cut scenes. Zero voices, but everything else works. It has now happened in every game I've tried to download.
